Payment
Visa, MasterCard, Switch and PayPal are accepted as methods of payment. All transactions are in pounds sterling.
Delivery
Orders for Special Next Day Delivery must be in stock and received by 15:00 Monday - Friday
(excluding Bank Holidays (UK Only)). All our Delivery Charges are based on item weight and size (therefore delivery can be the same for multiple orders of lighter items) Most deliveries are sent by Royal Mail.
If you have any queries relating to the delivery of your order you can contact us on 01243 787829 or e-mail us at davidmessam@btconnect.com. Items paid through PayPal can only be delivered to payees address.
Pricing
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. The VAT element of each purchase is clearly detailed on the
Invoice sent with your order.
Guarantees
David Messam take great care to ensure that all the products featured on this website are of a high quality.
As part of our commitment to quality we provide 1 year‘s guarantee on all Hand Tool products on our website provided
that they have been used, at all times, in the correct manner. However in many cases, due to the exceptional quality
of the products, the manufacturers will give much longer guarantees on their products.
As far as Power Tools are concerned David Messam follows the manufacturer‘s policy, details of which will be included with the product.
If a product is faulty and under guarantee you should follow the procedures detailed below.
Returns and Refunds
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Items
If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty then
all you need to do is to contact us on 01243 787829 or e-mail us at
davidmessam@btconnect.com
and we will issue you with a Returns Code, explain our simple Returns Procedures and discuss with you the easiest and most convenient
way for you to return the item(s) to us. You should then return the item(s) to us by the agreed method. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of posting as confirmation of delivery.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the item(s) subject to them being unused and in their original condition
and packaging.
Contract Information and Governing Law
A Contract is formed between you and David Messam only when you have received confirmation that your order has been accepted and
you are notified of the order number on the screen and by E-Mail. For the avoidance of doubt the Contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with English Law and you and David Messam will agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
English Courts. You are permitted to copy and to print all or part of this website for the purpose only of placing an order with David Messam.
Any other use or reproduction of this website or any of its components is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission
of David Messam
